we know potential at any state is given by
 - pe \cos( \alpha )
alpha is angle between electric field and dipole.

also change in potential energy is equal to work done
therefore 10 is equal to
-pe(cos90-cos0) = PE

:)

Answer:PE

Explanation:

WORKDONE-- PE(cos theta 1 - cos theta 2).

So intially theta is 0 and finally it is 90

So cos 90 is. 1

Answer ... PEsin0 degree. =PE
