V = 220v
I = 0.5A
rate of energy transferred= power= V×I
P = 220*0.5 = 110 J/s

energy transferred in 2 min or 120 sec = 120*110 = 13200 j = 13.2 kJ

Heya ,

Here is ur solution .........

_______________________________
Potential difference = 220 v
current flows = 0.5 A
and time = 2 min
 =  > 2 \times 60 \:  \: seconds \\  =  > 120 \:  \: seconds \\
Energy transferred p = v × I
 =  > p = 220 \times 0.5 = 110 \: j \\  \\ so \:  \:  \:  \: p = 110 \: j \times seconds \\  =  > p = 110 \times 120 \\  =  > p = 13200 \: j

so,
the Energy transferred in 13200 joules energy is transferred in 2 min .
