An electric field at a point 2 cm away from a thin infinite charged sheet having surface charge density 5 µC/m2 is 20 N/C. What is the value of the electric field at 5 cm from sheet?​

Electric field due to infinite sheet of charge:

e =  \frac{sigma}{ e_{o}}

Electric field due to conducting sheet of same density of charge

e =  \frac{siga}{ 2e_{o} }

 =  \frac{1}{2}
