(b) Resistance of the heater (16.12 ohm)
(c) Cost of electricity if unit cost is Rs. 1.50/kwh and heater is used for 10 hours (Rs.45) ?​

.(a)  P = VxI

              3000 = 220 x I

              I = 3000 / 220

              I = 13.63 A

    (b) resistance = voltage/current

                                 = 220/13.63  

                                 = 16.14 ohm

(c) Energy consumed in 10 h is = 3000 × 10/1000 = 30 kWh

So, cost of energy consumed is = 30 × 1.5 = Rs 45
