Here Given that Resistance of the electric heater (R) = 8 Ω
Current drawn (I) = 15 A
We know that P = I2R
= 15×15×8
= 1800w or J/s
∴ Heat is produced by the heater at the rate of 1800 J/s.

hello@
here is u r answer@
____________________________________
given :-
I = 15A
R = 8 ohm.
t = 2h = 2×60 ×60s
heat develop ,H = I^2 Rt
= (15)2 × 8 × 2 × 60 ×60 j.
rate at which heat is developed or power.
= heat develop / time taken
15×15×8×2×60×60 / 2×60× 60
= 1800 W.
I hope help u
