An electric motor takes 5A current from a 220V line. Calculate the power. Also calculate the energy consumed in 5 hours

Electric power P=VI P=220x5=1100W Electrical energy consumed =power(in watts) x time(in hour) /1000 So electrical energy = 1100x5 / 1000 =5.5kwh
