velocity= 120 km/hr

time taken = 30 sec

=1/2 hr

distance covered= velocity × time

 = 120 \times   \frac{1}{2}

= 60 km

Note:- Here the second is converted into hour because only similar units are allowed to be add, multiply, etc.
