❣️Hi❣️

Here is ur answer=>

F

 is along position y-direction.q is negative and

v

 is along positive x direction.

Therefore,

B

 should be along positive z-direction.

‼️I hope it will help you ‼️

Direction of feild is towards postive Z axis

• If a particle with charge Q & Velocity V is projected in B then particle experience magnetic force .

• Magnetic force is always perpendicular to both velocity V and Magnetic feild B

• Particle under such force move along circular path.

• Direction of such force is given by Right hand palm rule .

• In which , thumb points towards direction of motion of charged particles , palm points towards direction of Force & rest of fingers points towards direction of feild.

• In case of negatively charged body, upper palm is considered & in case of positively charged body lower palm is considered .

• In this case, Since particle deflects along postive Y axis , so, Direction of magnetic force is towards postive Y axis & motion of e- was in X axis then , Direction of magnetic field will be towards postive Z axis
