 Frequecy=kZ2/n3    

where k is a constant value,   Z is the atomic number and n is the orbit no.

now just get the ratios of F1/F2   put F1=x

and you will get C as the answer
U can use another method for it
dont take k as the constant because it can be confusing with k used in kq1q2/r2or any other formula take any other letter instead of k.
