An electron is moving vertically upwards with a speed
of 2.0 x 10^8 ms-1. What will be the magnitude and
direction of the force on the electròn exerted by a
horizontal magnetic field of 0.50 N|A|m directed

Answer:

I have given 2 methords. One has been solved by using vectors, another one was solved by scalars. Accleration has been found by using f = ma.

Whoops, there is a problem in vector methord. But you can go for scalar. It is fully correct. Write scalar force and attach -k cap in front of it. It will give the direction.
