As for 4d we have,
n =4

l = 2

m = - 2,-1,0,+1,+2
We can directly calculate m by using the formula m= 2l +1

s = +1/2 or - 1/2

Hope you get your answer.

4d

n = 4
Because it belongs to 4th shell

l = 2
Because it beolongs to d-subshell

m = -2, -1, 0, +1, +2
There are 5 possible orbitals in the 4d subshell. Therefore there are 5 “m” values

s = +1/2 or -1/2
Electron in an orbital can have either positive spin or negative spin
