force on electron = charge * electric field.
       F = e * E   

acceleration = force / mass
     a = F / m

s = u t + 1/2 a t²    
   as u = 0   ,  t = √(2s/a)  = √(2sm / eE)
     
t = √[ 2 * 0.06 * 9.1 * 10⁻³¹ / 1.6 * 10⁻¹⁹ * 20,000 ]  sec
   = √(3.4125 * 10⁻¹⁶) sec
    = 18.5  nano sec.
