u=5*10^3m/sec

a=10^3m/sec

v=2u=10^4m/sec

using 1st equation

v=u+at

10^4=5*10^3+10^3t

10000=5000+1000t

1000t=10000-5000=5000

t=5000/1000

5sec

using 2nd equation

s=ut+1/2at^2

s=5*10^3*5+1/2*10^3*5^2

=37.5*10^3
