An electron of energy 150 eV has wavelength of 10^-10 m.the wavelength of 0.60 keV electron is?

When we have to find wavelength we apply this formula E=hc/lambda

Now, in this question

Given E=0.60*10^3*4.6*10^-19V,

By applying formula

Lambda= hc/E

=6.634*10^-34*3*10^8/0.60*10^-16*1.6

=19.902*10^-26/0.960*10^-16

=2.79*10^-10m
