We know acceleration in electric field -

a = eE/m


Using Newton's 1st kinematic eqn,

v = u + at

v = eEt/m


De Broglie's wavelength is given by -

λ = h / mv

λ = h / eEt


Differentiating wrt t -

dλ/dt = d(h/eEt)/dt

dλ/dt = -h / eEt^2


Rate of change of de Broglie wavelength is -h/(eEt^2).
