However I can say for certain that there’s nitrogen and oxygen in the air and carbon in the air and literally every piece of food save for salt, which isn’t a type of food so much as it is a type of rock and has sodium and chlorine. There’s bound to be aluminium in your cookware (unless you’re rich and exclusively have copper or stainless steel cookware) and appliances. Oxygen and hydrogen in the water. You’ll have silicon in your glassware and ceramicware and iron in your silverware (unless, again, you’re rich and it’s made of actual silver). There’s bound to be other elements in much smaller quanitities than those mentioned above, but they’re going to be the majority of what you’ll find.
