Mass no. = no. of protons and neutrons= 32.
Atomic no.= no. of electrons or no. of protons= 16
so no. of neutrons = 32-16 = 16 ........ we know that given element is having 16 electrons so, electronic configuration is 2,8,6
no. of electrons in last shell is 6
