I suppose you forgot to write the no. of neutrons but anyways the element would be chlorine.

atomic no.=mass no. - no. of neutrons

= 35 - 18

= 17

(b)

Using 2n² formula you can get to know the no. of electrons each orbit holds

electronic configuration= 2 , 8 , 7

(c)

Group - 17

Period - 3
