THERE ARE MANY ELEMENTS WHICH HAVE 3 ELECTERONS IN THEIR OUTERMOST SHELL-SOME OF THEM ARE BORON -ATOMIC NO 5. EC-2,3AND IT HAVE 5 PROTNS.ALLUMINUM=13 PROTON.EC 2,8,3,..WE CAN FOUND ATOMIC NO BY NO OF PROTONS IN IT.THANKS.
