An elephant and a matchbox fall from a height of 200m . If they are in a state of free fall , which of them will reach the ground first and why ? ​

there are two cases

(i)air friction is neglected

if air is neglected both will reach at same time because free fall acceleration (g) will be same for both and as their initial velocity is same so they will reach at same time

(ii) air friction is considered nothing can be said as if air friction is same match will reach first so it depends
