Given

✭ Speed = 6 cm/s

✭ Intial Distance = 100 cm

✭ Final Distance = 216 cm

To Find

◈ Time taken?

Solution

Concept

So here we shall first of all fund the total distance that is travelled during this journey and that simply can be done by subtracting the larger one with the other. So then we use the formula of speed to find the Time taken by the body

━━━━━━━━━━━━

We are given initial & Final Distance so then the total distance

➝ Total Distance = Final Distance - Initial Distance

➝ Total Distance = 216 - 100

➝ Total Distance = 116 cm

We know that,

Speed = Distance/Time

Substituting the values,

➳ 6 = 116/Time

➳ Time = 116/6

➳ Time = 19.33 sec
