Hey buddy.....

we \: know \: that \:  \gamma  =  \frac{force}{area }   \div  \frac{ del \:  l}{l}
y=1N/1m^2÷∆l/1m......here youngs modulus will be equal to 1 N/m^2...
so , we get longitudinal strain ∆l =1 metre..
