Warm greetings,

I am writing this email to further discuss the arrangement of the get together party before leaving for London. I will be boarding on 19th April and would be gone for a minimum of 7 months. So I want to enjoy a day or two with old team of friends. I would suggest you to invite all the college-friends and we would arrange for a huge party at my place in Malviya Nagar. Also, I am free this week so schedule it any day possible, I guess weekends would be better.

Anyhow, revert me ASAP, so that I can set my schedule and prepare for the party.
