                                                   ANSWER

Given:  4 added to 3 times x which equals to -7

According to BODMAS rule,

First we do multiplication, then addition and then subtraction...

So,

3 times 'x' = 3x

4 added to 3 times 'x' = 3x + 4

And we are given that, 4 added to 3 times x equals to -7

3x + 4 = -7

4 + 3x = -7

∴ The correct answer is,

(A) 4 + 3x = -7
