first of all we have to find the resistance in each branch since it is a equilateral triangle all the length of the sides will be equal hence the resistance must be equal which comes out to be 40 ohm per branch and as you can see in the diagram I have marked these resistance point at a b c and resistance AC and CB are in series which on solving give the answer as a 80 om and on further diagram on right side the combination form here is parallel and so on applying the formula of parallel combination of resistance you can get net resistance between any two sides equal to 80 by 3 ohm
