My favourite food is rice but the most favourite food is Fried rice. Fried rice is a delicious food. It's also known as the national dish of Indonesia. Of the many dishes in Indonesian cuisin, few  can be considered as a true national dish. Fried rice can be enjoyed simply  on the roadsides stalls, vending carts,to the restaurant and on the buffet table on a party.
