Simple! If you throw a stone back on a person who threwed a stone earlier, there’s definitely a chance of quarrel.

Here, an eye for an eye means two persons of same persona or kinds of thinking meet (if of bad and aggressive nature), then its not good for our society. It may lead to a wrong path and whole world or society gets affected.

Eg. Take Us and Ussr as eyes and when they fight or rise against each other, there’s a war(blindness for world) and no war is good for the peaceful world! Hope , i justified it.
