v/V = density of substance/density of liquid

= 917/1000 or, 0.917

This means that 917/1000 of the ice's total volume will be above the surface of water.

So, the part below water is:

= 83/1000 or, 0.083

Ans: 83/1000 of the ice's total volume will be inside the water.
