Major Thomas was riding on his horse.It seemed to be going fine.What the man did not know was that the horse's nail was not fixed properly. Suddenly the horse stops and bucks the major out of his saddle.
"Bill!Get up!"screams the man. The horse, unable to get up,was gravely injured. Disappointed that such a fine horse was wasted,Thomas shoots the poor animal .
THE NEXT DAY
"Huh!"

The beast was lying on the road in a pool of blood.A crowd of villagers had surrounded it."Whose horse is that?" Says Mary,one of the villagers."Wait! I know this horse! This is Bill, horse of Major Thomas!" A boy, after saying this, runs up to the horse. "Poor animal.I'll look after it.".The horse was tended and under the care of the villagers,it became healthy and strong and is returned to the Major.
"I don't know how to pay you" said the blushing Major. "Just don't ill treat it again !" Mary said.
