An integer is chosen at random between 1 and 100. Find the probability that it is divisible by 8. Please give the correct answer as per the board answer key as there is a lot of confusion with the total number of outcomes being 100 or 98.

My all teachers are saying it should be 100.
it should be 98
For example : if you remember when we were like small we used tell people to pick a number between 0 and 10 , then do some multiplication etc etc... At that time 0 and 10 would be inclusive.
If you Google what is between two integers in maths. It says that its all the values between them and the values or integers itself else specified
So I personally think the questions wrong since it should be specified inclusive or exclusive.

If it was integers from 1 TO 100 then total number of outcomes will be 100.
