An isolated conductor can't have a large capacitance.why?

See isolated conductor has 4π epsilon not r as capacitance...now 4π epsilon not is 1/ 9×10^9 which is very small and radius can't be taken very large

because potential is constant......and be reduced due to absence of another conductor.......
