Let the equal sides be x

Then

Area =height*base/2

200=x²/2

400=x²

√400=x

20=x

By Pythagoras theorem,

x²+x²=hypotenuse²

20²+20²=hypotenuse²

400+400=hypotenuse²

√800=hypotenuse

20√2=hypotenuse
