2*12+b=30

b=30-24

b=6

h=√(12)^2-(3)^2

=√144-9

=√135

=√5*27

=3√15

Therefore,

Area=1/2*b*h

=1/2*6*3√15

=9√15 cm square

Hello mate !!

Given,

perimeter of triangle = 30cm

Let the Equal sides be 'a' = 12cm

Now, side measurement of side 'b'

 = 30 = 24 + b \\ = b = 30 - 24 \\ b = 6cm

Now area of triangle

= √{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

s = semi perimeter

i.e. 1/2 × perimeter

= 15

Now, area of triangle

 =  \sqrt[]{15(15 - 12)(15 - 12)(15 - 6)}  \\  =  \sqrt[]{15 \times 3 \times 3 \times 9}  \\  = 9 \sqrt[]{15} cm {}^{2}

Hope it helps
