b=30-24
b=6
h=√(12)^2-(3)^2
=√144-9
=√135
=√5*27
=3√15
Therefore,
Area=1/2*b*h
=1/2*6*3√15
=9√15 cm square

perimeter of triangle = 30cm
Let the Equal sides be 'a' = 12cm
Now, side measurement of side 'b'
Now area of triangle
= √{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}
s = semi perimeter
i.e. 1/2 × perimeter
= 15
Now, area of triangle
