chilll and listen 40= 16+16+× now solve 32-40=8 now using heron formula or for area of triangle 1/2×base×height

heron formula = s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) now solve from this two methods

formula for isosceles triangle is

(1 \div 4)b  \sqrt{ 4{a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}  }

putting a= 16

b=8 ( a+a+b=40)

area will be 61.96cm²
