given:- h=2cm

u= -16cm

f= -9.6cm

v=? and h'=?

using mirror formula we get that 1/f-1/u=1/v

1/-9.6 - (1/-16) =1/v

10/-96 + 1/16 =1/v   (lcm=96)

-10+6/96 = -4/96

1/v= -1/24

therefore, v= -24cm

using magnification formula:- h'/h= -v/u

h'= -v*h/u

h'= -(-24)x 2/ -16

= 24x2/-16 = 3

hence, height of image (h')= 3cm and image distance(v)= -24cm

hope it helps u !! :)
