Given,
height of the object = 3cm
object distance = 10cm
focal length = 20cm
NOW,
According to Mirror formula,
1/f = 1/u + 1/v
1/v = -1/20 - (-1/10)
= -1/20 + 1/10
= (-1+2)/20
= 1/20
v = 20cm
NOW,
-v/u = h(I)/h(o)
-20/-10 = h(I)/ 3
h(I) = 2×3
h(I) = 6 cm
