Mega Sporogenesis:
It is the formation of mega spores in the ovule of a plant. It is meiotic formation of haploid microspores from diploid microspore mother cell. The arrangement is basically tetrad. All four spores are functional
Mega Gametogenesis:
It is meiotic formation of haploid megaspores from diploid megaspore mother cell. Basically it is the development of megaspore into the embryo sac. The arrangement is linear tetrad. And only of the gamete is functional.
