Since like charges repel each other and opposite charges attack each other.

It is given that C repels D. And that D is positively charged. Like charges repel each other so C is also positively charged. A attracts C which means that A is negatively charged.. Because unlike charges attract each other. Given that A repels B which means A and B have same charge i.e.negative
