Answer:

The acceleration is 0.003858 m/s².

Explanation:

Speed = 25 km/hr                       (Given)

Time = 30 minutes                      (Given)

        = \frac{30}{60} hr

        = \frac{1}{2} hr

We know that acceleration = \frac{velocity}{time}

                     =>  acceleration = \frac{25}{\frac{1}{2} }

                                                 = \frac{25*2}{1}

                                                 = 50 km/hr²

But we need to calculate the acceleration in m/s².

Therefore converting km/hr² to m/s².

=> \frac{1000}{60*60*60*60} = \frac{1}{12960}

Converting 50 km/hr² in  m/s².

=> 50*\frac{1}{12960}

=>  \frac{5}{1296}

=> 0.003858 m/s².
