An object dropped from a cliff falls with a constant acceleration of 10m/s². Find its speed 28 after it was dropped

Initially it was at rest , let's take it u. u=0m/s. Acceleration =10m/s^-2. time =28s. According to equation of motion v=u+at where v is final velocity, u is initial velocity, a is acceleration and t is time. When u put values in formulae.
v=0+(10*28)
v=0+280
v=280
