An object has an acceleration of 6.0m/s^2. if the net force acting upon this object were tripled, what would be its new acceleration ?

Answer:

We know acceleration is directly proportional to the force so if we double the force , acceleration would get doubled .

In each cases force is doubled .

We know ,

F = ma

Q - 1 , a = 12 m/s/s .

Q-2 , a = 24 m/s/s .

Q-3 , a = 36\ m/s/s .

We have to apply the same concept in other questions too .
