Increases and after that constant

Till the time the object will be in contact with the sphere two types of acceleration will be acting on it that are tangential and centripetal acceleration. Also the velocity will keep increasing till the time velocity is increasing the centripetal acceleration will also increase resulting in increase of net acceleration. Once the object loses contact with the sphere, the net acceleration on it would be only gravitational. Therefore, first the acceleration of the object will keep increasing and then remain constant.
