an object is dropped at the pole and then at the equator from the same height it is found that the object reaches the ground earlier at pole than the equator why​

the acceleration due to gravity at the poles is greater than that at the equator. Hence, if initial velocity and height at both the places are same then the time taken to reach the ground will be less at the poles due to large acceleration then that it at the the equator. So ,the object reaches earlier at the poles than that at the equator
