An object is dropped from rest at a height of 150m and simultaneously another object is dropped from rest at a height of 100cm what is their difference in height after 2 seconds if both the objects drop with same acceleration? how does the difference in height vary with time ?

For both objects
Initial velocity = 0
Acceleration = 9.8 m/s^2

Distance travelled by an object during free fall for certain time depends only on its acceleration.

∴ Inital difference in height = Difference in height at any time “t”
= 150m - 100m
= 50m
