Buoyant force is equal to the weight of the liquid displaced.although equal volums of the liquids will be displaced, the weight of the liquid displaced would also depend upon the density of the liquids.

  • We know, buoyant force acting on an object due to a liquid is directly proportional to the density of the liquid. Since, different liquids have different densities, so different buoyant forces act on the object due to different liquids.
