An object is kept in front of a concave mirror of focal lenght 20 cm.The image is three times the size of the object. calculate two possible distances of the object from the mirror

Hey,
v=3u(according to the question)
Now,
1/f=1/u+1/v
1/-20=1/u+1/3u
u=-26.67cm
Therefore distance of object=26.67 cm in front of the mirror..
