An object is moving in a circular path of radius 3.5m If it complets one full cycle ,what will be the displacement and what is distance travelled ?

If an object starts moving from a point let it be A and after compeleting one round comes back at the point A again the

i) displacement will be 0.

ii) the distance travelled = perimetere of the path

perimetere= 2 pi r

2*22/7*35/10

Answer: displacement:7m , distance:10.35

Explanation: displacement=diameter

2×radius

2×3.5

=7m

Distance =1/2×circumference

1/2×2×π×r

πr×22/7×3.5

=10.35
