An object is placed at alonger distance infront of a concave mirror of radius of curvature 40cm. At what distance the image will be formed infront of mirror and draw the ray diagram for it​

this is the answer.very long distance=infinity

Hello friend I didn't include the exact image but it's gonna be the same as the one I have attached below

Since the object distance is mentioned at a longer distance so I am considering the image to be somewhere beyond C ( i.e the radius of curvature ) I have done so because the distance of the obejct is not mentioned . While the information given in the question is that the radius of curvature is 40 cm . So as per the diagram CP would be 40 cm and FP( focal length ) would be 20cm . Also FP=1/2CP .

So the image formed would be

somewheree between C and F .
