Let, - h is the displacement from highest point to ground)
- h=ut+1/2at^2
- h=20*8+1/2(-9.8)8^2
- h=160+1/2(-9.8)64
- h=160-627.2/2
- h=160-313.6
- h=-153.6m
So,h=153.6m
And,v=u+at
V=20+8(-9.8)
V=20-76.4
So, v=56.4m/s^2
