HI BRO HOPE THIS ANSWER HELPS U
by using 3rd equation of motion

v^2 + u ^{2} = 2as
v = 0 as at top velocity becomes 0
0+ u^2 = 2×10× 0.1
-u^2 = 2

u =  -  \sqrt{2}
ii) by using first equation of motion
v = u + at
0 =  -  \sqrt{2 + 10 \times t}
so the answer is
 -  \sqrt{2 \div 10}
